We are committed to Supporting Participants to access Allied Health in our region. We have built a strong foundation to collaborate and work closely with companies who travel to Port Pirie to provide OT & Speech Therapies.
In addition to these services, we offer skills-based programs with the option of group or 1:1 delivery.

Meet Emmalee
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here!
EMpower Pathways is truly my fifth baby. Just like my four incredible children, this business has been built with love, advocacy, strength, and deep determination.
Who am I? Why did I create this business from the ground up?
First and foremost, I’m a wife and a proud mother. My children are my greatest teachers. Each of them is uniquely wonderful and also faces their own challenges, including Autism, Intellectual/Global Developmental Delays, and ADHD.
Because of them, I’ve lived the highs and lows of navigating support systems — the endless advocacy, the long waitlists, the moments of exhaustion and uncertainty. I know what it feels like to be searching for help that truly gets it.
That’s why I created EMpower Pathways: to be that support. Today, I am so proud to lead a thoughtful and trusted team — the kind of people I would wholeheartedly trust with my own children.
We are here to provide client-centered, goal-focused supports that are tailored, meaningful, and empowering — for individuals and families who deserve nothing less.
