Welcome,  I’m so glad you’re here.

EMpower Pathways is more than just a business to me,  it’s my passion, my purpose, and honestly, my fifth baby. Just like my four incredible children, it has been built with love, resilience, advocacy, and a deep commitment to making a difference.

First and foremost, I am a proud mother. Through my children, I learned what true advocacy looks like. I’ve experienced the challenges, emotions, and determination that come with fighting for understanding, support, and opportunities for the people you love most.

Those lived experiences are what inspired me to create EMpower Pathways from the ground up.

Over the years, my journey has also become deeply personal in another way. I am now diagnosed as neurodivergent myself, which has given me an even greater understanding of the importance of acceptance, empowerment, and individualized support. It has strengthened my belief that every person deserves to feel valued, capable, and supported in a way that truly works for them.

I created EMpower Pathways to be the kind of support I once searched for, compassionate, genuine, understanding, and person-centered.

Today, I am incredibly proud to lead a trusted and dedicated team of people I would wholeheartedly trust with my own family.

At EMpower Pathways, we believe every individual deserves supports that are meaningful, empowering, and tailored to their unique goals and needs. We are here to walk alongside individuals and families with understanding, advocacy, and heart because no one should ever feel alone on their journey.
